Adventure tourism service providers shall prepare and have available for each participant a document or registration form, which must be completed and signed by the participant before the start or development of the activity (Decree N°222, Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism).

Risk acceptance

I, the participant, declare that I know and understand the risks involved in participating in this type of activity, which cannot be completely eliminated even if there is compliance with safety standards accredited by the provider, which are intended to reduce the risks involved in the development of this activity.

I agree to receive the technical equipment to perform the activity, I receive all the instructions for the optimal development of the tour, I read the terms of conditions and reservations sent by Turismo Onix, in addition to knowing the detailed itinerary of the activity and the necessary equipment for the development of this, delivered by the same company. I declare that I do not have any serious or chronic illness that could put my personal integrity at risk, let alone that of the group. I release Turismo Onix from any responsibility for any cost of transfer or evacuation by air, land or sea in case of an accident.

Obligations, duties and rights

Passenger obligations at destination

No smoking, drugs or alcohol during the activity.
No fires (Law N° 20,653).
Do not enter with pets.
Do not generate annoying noises.
Do not feed native fauna.
Do not extract or damage archaeological, paleontological or historical remains.

Duties and rights as a passenger

Follow the instructions and decisions of the guides, even in the case of postponing the activity or turning back due to conditions that put the group at risk or due to an emergency related to weather or catastrophe.
Respect the conditions of the group. If you did not contract a private tour, you must respect the conditions of the group, that is, wait for the slowest member of the team if necessary.
Be informed of the risks involved in any outdoor activity.
Treat guides and tour companions with respect.
Do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
